Great and beautiful earrings, I did have an issue with the customer service though. I purchased these earrings initially a few months ago and the gem fell off within a week, so I emailed them twice and never heard a response. Then I emailed them again asking for a replacement pair and the lady helping me said they can’t replace them because it’s been over 60 days since my order even though I first emailed within a week and even sent a screenshot of my initial email. I ended up having to buy a second pair for full price 😔

Wow… wow wow wow. I got these for a gift in April, it’s now September, and I have worn them every. single. day. since then and I’ve worn them in the shower every night, in the ocean multiple times, and they literally look brand new. I bought these for my daughter for her birthday. She loves them and wears them everyday and never takes them off. They look like new always. They are very high quality. They look stunning on her.
