If eligible, items placed between November 24th through December 25th have until January 8th to return for store credit. Please follow the return instructions below.

Returns:

  • JacqMaria Jewelry will accept returns for store credit ONLY within 14 days of receiving the order. This is a strict deadline and we will NOT accept any returns after the 14 days are up.

  • All returned items must be unworn.

  • Items must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All shipping costs for returned items are at the buyer's expense.

  • Any item that is damaged upon return will not receive store credit

  • We suggest sending your return with tracking to ensure that your package arrives to us

  • Shipping cost, shipping insurance, and gift wrapping are NOT refundable.

**Before mailing out a return please email info@jacqmariajewelry.com for a return authorization. Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will email back with instructions on where to send your return.**

JacqMaria Jewelry is not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from our website. Please contact the retailer from which your original purchase was made from for assistance. 

 

In the rare case that your order is incorrect or an item arrives damaged upon receiving, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will further assist you.
