These Terms are subject to change by JacqMaria Jewelry (referred to as "us", "we", or "our" as the context may require) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be in effect as of the "Last Updated Date" referenced on the Site. You should review these Terms prior to purchasing any product or services that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after the "Last Updated Date" will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

All content of our web site (including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software) is the property of JMJ or our suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this web site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with JacqMariaJewelry.com. Any other use of our web site, including reproduction and internet links, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

We send special offers and seasonal sale announcements to customers through email and text marketing. Sign up here to get on our list.

Our discount policy:

  • One code per customer
  • Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases 
  • JMJ discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, gift certificates or custom items. They are non-transferable.
  • JMJ discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Discounts can be applied online, or in person unless specified as an online or in-person exclusive. 
  • Other restrictions may apply.
  • Please note: JMJ reserves the right to review, investigate and disqualify any discount that violates our first-purchase promotional program - such as attempting to gain multiple discounts through different email addresses or distributing your unique promotional code on referral and discount websites.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Shipping and USPS may take longer due to COVID-19.  Overnight shipping can be added upon request for an additional shipping charge, please email info@JacqMariaJewelry.com.  Shipping Insurance can be added upon request for an additional shipping charge, please email info@JacqMariaJewelry.com. 

Please double check that you entered the correct shipping address when checking out. Orders cannot be canceled after being placed. Please note that we are not responsible for fees related to international orders. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges: JacqMaria Jewelry will accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receiving the order. This is a strict deadline and we will NOT accept any returns after the 14 days are up.

  • All returned items must be unworn.
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All shipping costs for returned items are at the buyer's expense.
  • Any item that is damaged upon return will not receive store credit or exchange.

 Items that cannot be exchanged:

  • All sale items are final sale (this includes using a discount code).
  • All Earrings are final sale.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • All Diamond Jewelry is final sale.

Return Address: Before mailing out a return please email info@JacqMariaJewelry.com for a return authorization.

Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will email back with instructions on where to send your return.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged upon receiving please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will further assist you.

GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CARDS

JMJ Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards may be used only for the purchase of eligible goods on JacqMariaJewelry.com or in one of our physical store locations. Gift Cards or E-Gifts are only valid for purchase and redemption by customers whose billing and shipping address are located within the US. Except as required by law, Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value, may not be used towards purchase of additional cards or redeemed for cash. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card or E-Gift Card's balance.  MJ is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards. There is no expiration date or services fees associated with your Gift Card or E-Gift Card. The purchase or use of this Gift Card or E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to this web site. It's content, and the information and services available on or through it, are provided "as is." Except as otherwise provided under applicable laws, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of this web site.

Our order confirmation, these Terms, our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy will be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms.
