I spent $40 on an anklet just for it to break after 2 1/2 months. I treated my jewelry very nicely and followed the care instructions well. When I contacted customer service, I requested either a refund or replacement, and they said they would replace the jewelry "as long as it hasn't passed the 3-month warranty mark." Unfortunately, I emailed too late, and they just stopped responding once they discovered that the order date was 3 months ago. The jewelry didn't tarnish much, but $40 is too expensive to break that early. This company clearly uses cheap materials to make their jewelry, and I will never order from them again.
